Bleed-Proof Tape Lines
Sealing the tape edge with the wall's own color (or clear sealant) before the color coat, so any bleed-through is invisible.
Technique: Feathering Peeling Paint Edges
A patch of peeling paint leaves a cliff: everywhere the old coat let go, there's a raised lip of sound paint around the bare spot. Paint over it as-is and the ridge telegraphs through every coat. The textbook fix — strip or sand the whole wall flat — is a day's work for what started as a palm-sized flake.
Treat the edge, not the wall.
The flake becomes a ten-minute repair instead of a wall-stripping weekend.
