Tuck Deck Fascia Under the Picture-Frame Board So Debris Can't Push It Off
When a deck has a picture-frame border, the fascia board belongs underneath its overhang — not butted flush against it. A flush joint leaves an upward-facing seam that collects dirt and debris, and as it breaks down it pushes the fascia off the frame.
